Beverly Hills

We toured Beverly Hills today- had lunch at Baja Fresh and wandered through Holmby Hills (saw Aaron Spelling's house, the Playboy Mansion...)
Then we stopped at the Four Seasons Hotel- remember the little girl statue from Malibu? There are three of those here:

And the flowers in the front entrance are stunning:

Then we went along the Wilshire Corridor and through a movie theater parking lot, around the back to a tiny cemetery, where the legendary Marilyn Monroe is interred.

It was pretty cool- it seems that not many people know where she is buried. They even made a little bench and you can sit in front of her plaque and think. It's very peaceful.

My apartment search is going strong... hope to make a decision soon.
